Mrs. Reagan kept her hand in the crook of the Mr. Obama’s arm for the entire time he spoke, and for the most part she gazed at him while he talked.
After making remarks, Mr. Obama escorted the former First Lady over to the desk for the bill signing.
Mrs. Reagan: “You’re a lefty?”
Mr. Obama: “I am a lefty.”
As Mr. Obama walked Mrs. Reagan out of the room after the signing, he was overheard saying to Mrs. Reagan, “Michelle,” and then “she just thinks the world of you.”
The adorableness. I don’t think I could bear much more.
